Changes/Cancellations Policy

Just in case you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

We are available at info@VeraGrace.com. Please bear with us if the order needs to be cancelled as a new order may need to be placed.

Returns Policy

Getting you stuck with an unwanted item is the last thing we want! That’s why Vera Grace (Afamado Retail Pvt Ltd) has a no-hassle returns policy. In order to help us in a smooth returns process please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the item being returned. There are two ways in which you can choose to receive your refund:

-  Same way you made the payment

    Or

-  Gift card

Returns Process

Preparing to return your item

Please follow the steps below in order to return your item and receive a chosen refund.

-  Sign in to www.VeraGrace.com and go to “My Account”

-  Click on “Order  history” and select “Details of Return” to submit and authorize a “Return Request”

-  It is mandatory to provide a reason for the return.

-  Please do not forget to print the request and include it in your return package.

Packing and Shipping the return item

Guidelines to prepare your return item for shipping back to us:

-  Fill in your name and address on the label and stick it on top of the box. Remove or strike out any other mailing address information from previous uses of the same box.

-  Seal your package firmly and leave it for your USPS postal carrier, OR take it to your nearest USPS post office or your USPS Store. Choose the most convenient option for you! Insurance is not necessary however; Vera Grace (Afamado Retail Pvt Ltd)will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned orders that meet the above return requirements, based on your choice, Vera Grace (Afamado Retail Pvt Ltd)will either :

1. Refund you the purchase price of your returned item in the original form of payment

                                                                                           OR

2.Provide you with a Vera Grace (Afamado Retail Pvt Ltd)Goodies/Gift card – you can redeem the actual paid amount either to customize your fit, any new item and the shipping fee associated with the item(s) returned.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt if your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit/debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If your choice of receiving your refund is via the original form of payment, return shipping and handling fees.

For orders purchased with a Vera Grace (Afamado Retail Pvt Ltd)Goodies/Gift card, the refund will be applied to the same Gift card or a new Gift card will be issued.  In this case, you may send us the return shipping receipt and we will add that to the gift card.
