• Why my COD delivery is showing PENDING status?

If you are seeing pending status after COD order placement, it could be for the following reasons

-          It could be the e-mail verification pending. Please check your mail and verify it.

  • After placing the order, how can I modify the order?

Add/Remove product

Once you have placed an order, unfortunately you can’t add or remove a product. For adding a product, you need to place another order.

Change of Address

Please give us a call when you want to change the address. However, if the order is shipped, we can’t change the address after that. Otherwise, our team will definitely help you to change the shipping address.

N.B: We can deliver a single order to a single address only. For receiving orders in different addresses, you need to place different orders.

Delivery Date Change

We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible. However, if you want to receive the order at a particular time or on some other day, please get in touch with the courier guy once he gives you a call.


  • What next after I placed the order?

Once you have placed the order, just be relax. Don’t worry. Once you place the order, automatically you will receive a confirmation mail and SMS. We’ll inform you in every step. We’ll try to deliver the product as soon as possible. You can track your order as well. In case you are stuck somewhere and unable to track your order, you can always give us a call @ 0120 – 415 – 6989.


  • I have purchased a number of products in one order. Do I need to pay COD at different time?

No you need to pay COD only once, when you receive the order.


  • If I cancel the order, how can I get the refund?

-          If you have placed a COD order, there’s no issue of getting refund.

-          If you have placed a prepaid order (Using credit card, debit card or interned banking), you will receive the refund in the same way you have paid it.


  • What is the cancellation time?

-          If you cancel the order before it’s dispatched, the cancellation will be confirmed in next 24 hours.

-          If you cancel the order after the product is dispatched, the cancellation request will be confirmed in 5 working days.


  • How can I cancel a single or multiple products in a single order?

Unfortunately this is not possible at this time. You have to cancel the entire order for that.


  • How can I change my billing address?

You can change your billing address logging into your account. Please visit my account section and make the necessary changes you need to do.


  • Can I return/exchange the product after I receive it?

Once you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the product to us. Please follow our 7 days return policy in our website.


  • How do I place an order?
  1. Select the product of your choice.
  2. Pick the size of the product.
  3. Increase or decrease the quantity.
  4. Add the product to the card.
  5. Click on “Add to Cart” and then “Go to Cart”.
  6. Recheck your order once in the screen. Add coupon if you have.
  7. Login or create your account or order as guest.
  8. Add billing and shipping information.
  9. Select the shipping method and get to know the payment information.
  10. Review and place the order.


  • How will I be able to know if the order is placed?

-          You will receive a confirmation mail.

-          You will receive a confirmation SMS.

-          You can also check your order in My Account section.


  • Can I place an order over phone?

Yes. However, only payment method for this would be COD.


  • What happens to my money if the order in unsuccessful?

There’s no need to worry in such case. If the money is deducted from your bank account or credit card, the amount will be automatically added to your account in 7 business days.  However, the time frame will vary depending on the bank. Unfortunately we’ll not be able to expedite the process at our end.


  • Why did I receive a confirmation call after the order is placed?

Once you place a COD order, our team calls you to authenticate the order. Once you confirm it over phone, our team starts processing the order. If you are unable to confirm the order within 3 days, we would be forced to cancel the order.


  • Can I place a bulk order online?

No. You can’t place a bulk order online because this e-com site is only for end customers.
